First Raw Footage From The New DJI Inspire 1 Quadcopter
Ok, everyone we have seen a lot of discussion on shaking and jello discovered by viewers in the DJI Inspire 1 video footage that started circulating after the launch yesterday. Of course that would be just normal in a pre release testing unit, but people looked at it as DJI’s bending iPhone.
In that post, you can check out the first hands one video of the new DJI Inspire 1 bird, courtesy of our friends at Skynamic. Now, they have been nice enough to let us have some raw, untouched 4K footage with no post production stabilization of course. It’s just as it come straight out of the bird!
Jello, shaking? You tell us! Feel free to comment below.

$3000 dollars worth of jello should look more delicious!
That’s pretty impressive footage out of a $3k rig…but what do I know, I think the image and video quality from my Vision+ is pretty good for the price!
Great video, this is the cleanest example of 4K footage I have seen from the Inspire platform. I did not notice any jello in this video and there are some good long stretches of video to see.
The jello is noticeable in the later part of the video when ascending into the sky while looking at buildings in the distance.
I think you are seeing things. I replayed it several times and struggled to see jello effect. I think you are suffering from “sour grapes” effect.
I was concerned about jello in precious videos I’ve seen of the Inspire One but after seeing how smooth this video is I’m feeling more positive about it. I think whatever Zelight is seeing is more than likely just artifacting from compression and not jello. I’m looking forward to seeing what people think once they have been released to the public.
